Shipping Specifics

Turnaround Time
- Packing up your order usually takes between 1-3 business days. We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
- If we ever have an extended delay in packing orders, we'll announce it on the website and Instagram.

Domestic Shipping
- Within the United States we ship via USPS. You have the option between First Class or Priority shipping.
- Both services are tracked and you'll receive a tracking number, automatically by email, when your order is shipped.

International Shipping
- All international order are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International service.
- International shipments are marked as merchandise and prices marked as retail. We are not responsible for any customs or duties fees that local governments might apply to your order.

Didn't Receive Package

If you're package was marked as delivered, but you didn't receive it, please check with your neighbors or apartment office first. Most of the time it's just a delivery error. Please refer to the USPS here, before reaching out to us. I promise they'll know more than we do!

Your Order is Incorrect
- We do our best to make sure every order is packed correctly, but we're human and mistakes can happen. If there's a mixup with your package, please reach out to us right away via email and we'll get it taken care of!
